Steam Cleaning"Steam Cleaning" is better defined as Hot Water Extraction. Using this method, hot water is forced into your carpet then extracted using either a truck mounted machine or a portable extractor. We offer this method to those who prefer it, and in combination with our low moisture systems in restorative cleaning. It's not uncommon for us to use HWE to flush heavily soiled areas then finish cleaning with our oscillating pad machine. We are the only cleaner in the area to offer this dual method cleaning. This is the best process for heavily soiled rugs. 
We use the Cross American Kwik-Steam, a high performance portable that has great vacuum and pressure to deliver clean carpets with quick drying times. We use HWE to clean the dirtiest carpets. This is our preferred method for cleaning heavy urine deposits, feces, vomit, grease and other heavily soiled carpets. We also like to use HWE to clean stairs, upholstery, autos, RV's and boats.
