"We just purchased a house with five rooms of very dirty wall to wall carpet. The carpet was stained, smelly and dirty. We were not sure any of the carpets could be salvaged. We were attempting to buy time with clean but stained carpets Scott did not guarentee that he could get all the stains out but said he would do his best. When Scott and his son were finished the carpets were clean!!!! The stains were gone.!!! The rug in the living room was especially bad. It looked new!! Instead of replacing the carpets as soon as possible we now have no plans to change any of the carpets They did a tremendous job. Phone calls were returned quickly. Scheduling was also positive. He worked to get the carpets done as soon after our closing as possible. The process used did not leave us with wet carpets. "I used Atlantic Carpet Cleaners for carpet cleaning. It was a very old carpet that really needed rejuvenation. He was excellent and fantastic. They did the best job I've ever had done. His own organization and the way that he worked stood out. His follow through and follow up were excellent. He uses very safe products and the outcome was astonishing. The way that he works is very customer friendly. He's low key but very responsive. He offers personalized service. He is a little pricier than some other places but I would pay for the results. Thanks for the clean carpets!! When deciding whether to buy new carpets or try to get the stains out from years of wear and tear (and Kids) I decided to go the least expensive way. Thank god I did! "Superb! That is how I describe Atlantic Carpet Cleaners. Scott was friendly, responsive and all around awesome. The carpets that I had him clean are in a house that we just purchased from someone who had cats that did not use litter boxes. I actually wasn't sure that we would be able to save the carpeting, but Atlantic Carpet Cleaners came in and now I have beautiful, good-as-new carpeting on the second floor of our new house. I love the fact that not only is the carpeting as good as new, but they use "green" cleaning products. There was no chemical smell from the cleaning, just a nice, fresh, ROCKING carpet.
